ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS FOR THE WEEK:

Reading:  Would you like to listen to a good Read Aloud?  Here is Jane Goodall reading The Eagle and the Wren.  What do you think the lesson of the story is?  Talk about it with an adult.

Writing:  Wizard Week - If you could have one magical power, what would it be?  Why would you want to have that power?  What would you do with it?

Math: Do you remember Dice in a Corner?  Why not give it another try!

Science:  This week we are introducing States of Matter!  A solid is something that can hold its shape.  A liquid is something that takes the shape of the container it is in, and can flow.  A gas also takes the shape of the container, but fills out the space.  Matter can change states.
